At Jazz, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our customer experience. We take a lot of pride in providing the best possible support for our customers. Today, Jazz is taking the next step by introducing the new Customer Success Portal. With our transition to Zendesk, we are able to streamline our help articles, getting you the information you need more quickly. In addition, Zendesk’s advanced functionality allows for finding the answers you need easier than ever before.
One of the flaws of the previous Success Portal was the categorization of articles. While the idea of progressing through the building, learning, and evolving your Jazz experience was noble, it was often confusing for our customers. Documentation is now streamlined into the Onboarding, Knowledge Base, and Webinars/Videos categories, leaving nothing to the imagination about what you are looking for.
Not only are we updating the categorization and organization of our provided resources, but the contents of our documentation are being updated as well. Previously, help articles existed for specific questions regarding Jazz. This made the content hard to find and underwhelming once found. No more! All of our documentation has been reviewed, updated, and condensed into meaningful self-help articles. This will allow you to find the answers you are looking for with ease!
Improved Search Functionality
Part of the enhanced support experience is the improved search capabilities. Using Zendesk’s advanced search features, you are able to find the resources you and your team need to get moving. Gone are the days of limited search results, replaced by a pinpointed return based in conjunction with Zendesk’s labeling feature. You will find what you want, when you want it!
